I feel very strongly that to get the best photos you need a connection with your photographer, so meeting in person is such a great way for us to get to know each other and build that very important relationship.

Let’s get you booked!

Once you have decided on what package works best for you, I will send you over a contract to sign and upon payment of deposit we will be booked! The contract is very important for both of us, and has been written up with great care, but if there is anything you wish to discuss or change then we can certainly discuss that and alterations can be made upon mutual agreement. In the interim, feel free to ask me as many questions as you would like, I'm here to help with everything, I even know some amazing wedding suppliers if you need help with that too! Engagement sessions

If you've chosen to do an engagement session then we will arrange a suitable day and time for you and I will send you over some information to help you prepare for it. I really recommend engagement sessions, most people don’t like the idea of it as they feel shy in front of the camera, but that is the exact reason why you should have one! These sessions are a fantastic way to help you relax in front of the camera and for us to get to know each other even better. Think of it as a rehearsal for your big day!

Final details meeting

A couple of weeks before the wedding I love to take my couples out for a coffee (my treat!) so we can discuss your final wedding timeline and any particular shots we need for the day. If you prefer we can also do this by phone instead of course, but meeting in person really solidifies our relationship, and we can take our time so you can ask me all your questions without feeling rushed. By the time it comes to your big day I want you to feel like a friend is by your side the whole time, instead of just a stranger with a camera!

It’s the big day!

Finally on your big day I will be there for you, not only as your photographer but also to help organise everyone and to help you out with anything you need. I will make sure your timeline goes as smooth as possible, and I will capture every moment, from the big parts like your first kiss, to all the tiny details you have worked so hard on.

What happens next?

After I have finished photographing your wedding, I will immediately back up all the photos to keep them safe and I will get to work on editing them. I will pick a few of my favourites and send you a sneak peak within 48 hours too! The time it takes to send your final gallery to you will depend on the coverage you have booked, but in every case the gallery will be sent to you within 4-6 weeks after your day. If you have a USB included in your package this will be sent to you within 8 weeks as each one is custom made for each client.
