Wedding Signage You May Need

Welcome Sign

Ceremony Welcome Sign
Welcome your guests to your ceremony with another beautiful welcome sign.
Down The Aisle
Do you have flower girls or page boys? Give them a cute ‘here comes the bride’ sign to walk ahead of you with.
Reception Welcome Sign
Welcome your guests to the next part of your day by creating a welcome sign for your seating area.
Cards and Gifts
Guests can often get confused about where they are supposed to leave gifts for you so set up a sign to help!
Drinks List
Are you serving only specific drinks at your wedding? Or maybe you’ve created your own signature ‘couple cocktails’. Make sure your guests are aware with some bar signs!
Honour Departed Relatives
Are there any family or friends who sadly cannot make the wedding as they are no longer with us? Create a sign to make them a part of your day.
Guest Book
There’s a lot going on at a wedding, so some things can easily get missed by your guests. If the guest book is important to you, create a sign so guests see it!
Order Of The Day
Create a timeline of the day in a creative way so your guests know what is happening throughout the day and when!
Misc. Signs
Are you providing flip flops or blankets for your guests in the evening? Let them know with a cute sign!
Direction Signs
If you have a large venue, some directional signs may help, for example to lead people to the ceremony or to the toilets.
Unplugged Ceremony
If you don’t want guests taking photos during the ceremony, make sure to let them know.
Wedding Hashtag
If you want to see all your guests photos in one place, create a wedding hashtag for Instagram and let your guests know to tag all their photos with it!
Table Centrepieces
Couple’s often make table signs to go with their centrepieces such as table numbers of guest’s names.
Desert Table
If you’re planning on setting up a sweets or deserts table, create a lovely sign to go with it!
Menus
Most weddings should have food at some point! To make it clear to your guests what’s on the menu, make a big sign or alternatively lots of little menu signs for each table.
Games and Activities
Do you have a photobooth or other activities set up? Why not go the extra mile and set up some lovely signs for them so guests don’t miss them?
Chair Signs
You could make some cute ‘just married’ or ‘bride’ and ‘groom’ signs for the back of your chairs, or create ‘vip’ or ‘reserved’ signs for close family for the ceremony.
Seating Chart
You don’t want your guests wandering around trying to work out where they are sitting, so make sure you create a seating chart for them!
Favour Table
If you are having your favours on one table instead of at each place setting, make a sign to remind your guests to pick their’s up!
